Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your sleep again. That’s why every NightSeal mask is covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial.

If you're not sleeping better within 30 nights of consistent use, simply contact our support team and we’ll help you with a refund. The Sleep Trial allows you to properly experience deeper, blackout sleep.

Sleep Trial Eligibility

  • The 30-Night Sleep Trial applies after 30 days of use
  • It is intended for customers who have genuinely used the mask and did not experience improvement

Standard Returns (Wrong Item / Change of Mind)

If you ordered the wrong colour, changed your mind, or need to return your mask for any non-performance reason:

  • Items must be returned in good condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your mask arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just reach out.
